Return & Refund Policy
We like to keep things simple.
Return Process: Make sure your item is in the same condition you received it, then
contact gday@AussieMite.com.au.
Return Policy: You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items
must be unused in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns from outside
Australia may take longer.
Damages & Issues: Inspect your order on arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect,
contact us immediately.
Refunds: We’ll notify you when your return is approved. Refunds are processed to your
original payment method within 10 business days.
