Shipping Terms & Policy
Delivery costs & times
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day (mon-fri). Deliveries typically arrive within 2-5 business days, except for remote areas (5-7 days).
Local pickup free local pickup is available if you're near our warehouse. choose this option at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order’s ready.
International delivery we ship to New Zealand, North America, and selected countries.
Tracking & delays
You'll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped. If delays occur due to factors beyond our control, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery terms
Delivery is completed once your order arrives at the specified location. We aim to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation.
Missed delivery
If no one’s available to accept delivery, Sendle may leave your parcel outside or attempt a second delivery.
Refunds
Returns: Contact us at gday@aussiemite.com.au within 14 days of dispatch if you're unsatisfied with your order.
Faulty/damaged goods: Contact us at gday@aussiemite.com.au with your order number and photos of any damage or faults and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
